At our 3rd birthday party, we announced our NYC fulfillment partnership with Promise Hospitality Group. Here’s why it mattered.

Happy 3rd Birthday, HappyBoards 🎉

Three years in. Thousands of boards delivered. Countless tables set.

And one very memorable birthday party.

Tonight, we celebrated our third birthday surrounded by friends, customers, partners, and community. There was wine. There was cheese. There were hugs. There were speeches.

And there was one big announcement. See the video above. That night wasn’t just about turning three.

It marked a turning point.

The Big News: Our PHG Fulfillment Partnership 🏙️

At the party, we announced our partnership with Promise Hospitality Group.

For the first three years, we built everything ourselves. Kitchen operations. Production. Packaging. Logistics coordination. Every single board touched our internal infrastructure.

That built the brand.

This partnership builds the backbone for growth.

Promise Hospitality Group now supports our fulfillment operations in New York City through their professional culinary facilities.

What that means:

• Expanded kitchen capacity
• Stronger production infrastructure
• More operational redundancy
• Improved consistency at scale
• A foundation built for growth

HappyBoards continues to own the brand, customer experience, sales, and product design.

PHG powers the operational engine behind the scenes.

It’s a focused division of labor. And it changes everything.

Why This Was a Big Moment

Birthday parties are about celebration.

This one was also about evolution.

The first three years proved the concept.

The next chapter is about durability and scale.

Customers may not see the infrastructure shift directly.

But they will feel it.

More reliability.
More confidence.
More capacity for larger corporate orders.
More room to grow.

Three Years Down. Built to Last.

The night felt special. Not just because we turned three.

But because it felt like we were stepping into something bigger.

We’re still obsessed with quality.
Still focused on presentation.
Still committed to #HappyTogether.

Now we’re just stronger underneath.

Thank you to everyone who showed up, supported us, and helped us reach this point.

Three years in. Just getting started.
